Hopper is a handsome Lab mix. He was a stray in rural Texas whose family never came looking for him. He has been adjusting well to life here in Virginia. He loves his crate and will happily go in when needed. At about 30 pounds he is a great size, even for smaller homes. He is very energetic and loves to go on long walks and play with his ball. He does well on the leash with only some pulling when he wants to say hello to someone. He would do well with an active family. His favorite thing is to go for a long walk, followed by a long nap! He is a very intelligent dog and responds well to commands like "sit" and "stay". He will be an amazing addition to your family and cannot wait to go to his forever home!
