Rocky is a Shepherd Mix, and is active, very friendly, extremely smart, and a handsome companion. This young guy still has a lot of puppy in him. Rocky comes from a family that loved him and took good care of him, but unfortunately found him a little too much to handle with their young child. He enjoys long walks and has already met a number of other people and dogs on his walks and has been very friendly to all. He is crate trained and potty trained and really enjoys being around people - right now he is lying at my feet where he has been for the last couple of hours. He is learning not to jump up to greet people when he first meets them to let them know how much he likes them. In only two days of work he has improved significantly. Rocky would be a great forever dog for a family that has a fenced yard or someone who likes to run or hike with him.
