Smiley Joe is a wire haired Terrier mix. This precious boy was brought into Animal Control in Louisiana by the police. He has an old injury to his jaw and tongue which has healed. He was most likely kicked in the jaw at some point. Because of the injury, he always looks like he is smiling.
