Stan is a bright-eyed and bushy-tailed (literally!) two year old, neutered Border Collie. He weighs 40 lbs, is up-to-date on vaccines and is heartworm negative. Stan just arrived and loved his bath. He is crate trained and likes other dogs. He appears to be housebroken. Stan is rather timid but he's still getting used to his new surroundings after shelter time and a 5 hour transport to safety. He does well on walks and will need to learn not to pull on occasion. As a young dog of an active and intelligent breed, he will need plenty of exercise and opportunities to learn and practice new skills. He has wonderful eye contact and will make an endearing companion!
