Ginger is a gorgeous 33 pound sharpei/golden retriever mix, born in April 2015. She is very skittish with new people and environments but has become quite comfortable in her foster home in just a few days. She enjoys attention from all family members including kids and other dogs. She is incredibly calm for her age and prefers to stay close to family. Wherever we go, she follows and can most often be found laying nearby. Potty training is going very well, she is crate trained, and she is learning to chew only on the treats and toys she is given. She is good on the leash but does still startle easily. A little patience and kindness are rewarded with the sweetest kisses so we know she will make a wonderful addition to any family!
