Frieda

Frieda is the sweetest dog we have ever fostered. Once you look into her beautiful eyes, you will know you have found the dog for you! She did a great job raising her puppies and is now ready to be the star of the show in her forever home. Frieda’s mom is a purebred Shetland Sheepdog. We believe that her dad was possibly part dachshund. Frieda is a great size, weighing in at around 15 pounds. She is big enough for a nice long walk and some active play in the yard, yet small enough to snuggle in your lap; best of all, she is perfectly happy in all those scenarios!

Frieda is housebroken and crate trained. She is easy to walk on a leash and knows some basic commands. She loves toys and a good bone to chew on. Frieda gets along with other dogs and kids. She is pretty sure that the cat would enjoy playing with her, but our cat doesn’t share that sentiment.

Frieda would be the perfect dog for just about any home; she would make a great first dog, a wonderful dog for a home with children or a fabulous playmate for your first dog. If you adopt Frieda, she will be your loyal companion for the rest of her life. She will greet you with her delightful dance and follow you faithfully wherever you go. You can’t go wrong with this little lady. We will miss her, but our loss with be a huge gain for you and your family.
