Hi! My name is Noelle. I have won the heart of my new foster family. My foster mom says that I have the most wonderful disposition that one would never know that my early life began at a Fayette West Virginia shelter. I currently weigh about 3 lbs (as of December 23, 2013) but I pack a ton of sweetness and charm.

My foster mom describes me as SWEET, SMART, CURIOUS and PLAYFUL. I love giving and receiving hugs and kisses, I make friends quickly and I learn quickly. On my first day home, I learned to climb steps upward, with the coaxing of my foster mom and foster pup/sister. I’ve learned that going outside is good for play but I’ve got to take care of business with a good potty as well. I barely bark and I remain in my crate without causing trouble.

I can’t wait until I find my forever family who will love me, comfort me and give me the best opportunities that this life can offer. I would be a wonderful addition to any family. If you have questions about me, my foster mom would be happy to answer them.
