Michelangelo is neutered male, Italian Greyhound. We think he is about a year old. He came to A Forever Home as part of a large group of rescued Puppy Mill dogs from Missouri and immediately became a TELEVISION STAR ON CHANNEL 7TV (ABC). You can view videos about this rescue by clicking the links on the front of our webpage. He is a little skittish, as are most puppy mill dogs, but seems to warm up to people easily. He is playful, although he is not as familiar with dog toys as a regular dog his age would be. He is brown with some white and is in need of a little fattening up. He is looking for a home with a lot of TLC, and patience, since he is still not 100% housebroken, but is doing very well. He does not appear to be interested in the cats. He does get along with most dogs. One of the breed's most common injury can be to their fragile legs, so some extra attention is required. If he is to be let off lead in the yard, or a public dog park, it should have a minimum of a 6 foot fence. However, he will need to stay on a leash for some time in a new home.
