Jenny is 29 lbs and 18 inches at the shoulder. She is very affectionate, well-behaved, doesn't bark a lot, and smart. She hasn't had any accidents in the house; it only took showing her 3 times how to use the pet door on her first day before she was going in and out like a pro. She will also whine or scratch at the door when she wants to go outside for a walk. Jenny is friendly and playful with other dogs she meets; she plays chase and keep-away with the Sheltie in her foster home. Jenny loves squeaky toys and chewies, but thinks they all belong to her. She hides chewies, biscuits, and toys - sometimes pushing them down between the couch cushions, behind pillows/chairs, or takes them outside. She is very possessive of them, but she listens when you correct her behavior. She is also good with the 2 cats in her foster home - curious, but mostly ignores them. Jenny is easy to walk; likes to smell things a lot, but doesn't pull. She would make a good family dog, but she's still on the young side so would do better with older children.
