Baby new year was born in the care of a rescue. His mom was a pure-bred Beagle and we are almost certain dad was a pure-bred Beagle as well. This little guy is now old enough for adoption. As you can see from his photo, he looks just like his mom and should be around 18-21 pounds when full grow.
