Brandy has just recently arrived at AFH. Her and her sister were dropped off at a shelter. We have been told that she is a young adult. Her foster family loves her and have started calling her Chia because they think she looks like a Chia Pet. Her foster mom says she is the sweetest pom she has ever known. She loves all the kids and dogs. She also does not bark a lot, which is unusual for a pom.
