Toby is a wonderful little Italian Greyhound puppy. He was originally purchased from a pet store as a puppy for his original owner as a gift. With 2 young children and a very demanding job she certainly wasn't in need of a puppy too! She tried very hard to keep Toby with her family but finally made the very difficult decision to put him up for adoption. Although he is an adult now, he not fully housebroken. Italian Greyhounds are notoriously difficult to housetrain, which means his new family needs to have someone that is home during the day as he cannot be left for long hours. Also, please research the breed before considering adopting Toby. Italian Greyhounds are a special breed that is not right for everyone. They are active, affectionate, kissy dogs who don't seem to settle down until they are at least 2 years old. Toby LOVES other dogs of every shape and size and has had some obedience training. He loves to play the training game! Toby is good with children and other dogs but he has never lived with cats.
