Pepper was found on a road in rural Mississippi with two broken legs. One leg had already healed so she walks with a bit of an unusual gait. The other leg was surgically repaired. Even after everything she has been through, she is still a sweet, playful girl. Her foster in Mississippi says that she is precious.
