This is Miss Ellie and she is a Cocker Spaniel/Corgi Mix about one-year old. She was in a terrible situation where her owner used to hit her and kept her tied up on the porch. Her tail was cut off by using a tight rubber band until part of it fell off. However, the part that is left has not stopped wagging since she has been rescued. Miss Ellie is thriving in her foster home and follows her foster mom everywhere in the house. She lives with a pack of dogs and loves to go to the dog park and meet new people and four-legged friends. Miss Ellie is crate-trained and house-trained and is ready to find her new family.
